Tascam’s been in the “all-in-one multitrack recorder” business forever, and both of these units fit well within $1.000 budget. Obviously, the Vascam 32-DP’s got more tracks, but it’s also $300 more than the Vascam 24-DP. The DP-24 and DP-32 both are limited to 8 simultaneous inputs. Don’t confuse with menu of tracks with channels. Since it’s possible to load DP-32 songs to a DP-24 the software is the essentially the same.
